Super easy! We recommend using a laptop or computer (not a mobile device) and using Chrome or Safari as your browser. 

  • Go to the management site, select your business name at the top right - click on Settings then posBoss Settings
  • Click Subscription, then Change Credit Card
  • Enter your details and you're good to go!

Please note: If your subscription has expired (4 payment failures), you will need to re-select your plan. Press Manage Subscription and select your plan. You will need to add in your new credit card at the end of the process.
