Super easy! We recommend using a laptop or computer (not a mobile device) and using Chrome or Safari as your browser. 

Please Note: If you are on our old plans (as of 1st July 2018 - Start / Plus / Premium / posBoss Regular / posBoss Supported) you will not be able to update your credit card. You will have to press Manage Your Subscription in posBoss Settings on the management site and select your new plan from our updated subscription plans.

I'm on the new plans! (Small, Medium or Large)

  • Go to the management site, select your business name at the top right - click on Settings then posBoss Settings
  • Click Subscription, then Change Credit Card
  • Enter your details and you're good to go!

Please note: If your subscription has expired, you will need to re-select your plan. Press Manage Subscription and select your plan. You will need to add in your new credit card at the end of the process.
