Surcharge not working as expected?

If the surcharge you set isn't showing up or working as it should, we recommend doing the following:

  1. On the Management Site, delete the existing surcharge and refresh the page.

  2. Add the surcharge.

  3. Head to the posBoss app till and select Sync Menu.

If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us through our support channel on the Management Site.

Note: not cashing up your iPad(s) can lead to this kind of error. Cashing up all tills regularly is the best way to avoid issues with the app, read more about it below:

Do I need to be on a specific plan?

No, this is included in all posBoss base plans.

However, if you signed up before 05/04/22 and don’t have access, you may be on one of our older plans and need to upgrade.
