Please Note: Make sure to sync the menu on your iPads after you have set up the surcharge to get it appearing on the day.
Surcharge not working as expected?
If the surcharge you set isn't showing up or working as it should, we recommend doing the following:
On the Management Site, delete the existing surcharge and refresh the page.
Add the surcharge.
Head to the posBoss app till and select Sync Menu.
If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us through our support channel on the Management Site.
Note: not cashing up your iPad(s) can lead to this kind of error. Cashing up all tills regularly is the best way to avoid issues with the app, read more about it below:
