posBoss account email address - for login

The email address of your posBoss account has a number of uses. It is your primary login to the management site and the posBoss iPad till app, as well as the email address we send communications to you through.

To change this address, log into your posBoss Management Site and head to  Settings > posBoss Settings then click on the Profile tab

Here you can update your email address and press Save to complete.

posBoss Subscription receipts email address

Your subscription sends receipts to the email address you signed up to
posBoss with. If you need this to change to a new address, contact us via the support channel, let us know you want your billing address changed and we'll take care of it in the billing system for you.
