This could be one of two things - but easily fixed.
Regulr was designed so that you told your regulars about it when they were close by or in your venue. So, you need to be within 30km of your outlet to see it in Regulr and you will see the top 45 venues closest to you.
Please Note: Regulr has had massive growth in the last few days and stores that may have appeared on the map from 6km away may no longer appear.
If your customers are having any issues, best to let them know to be close to the venue when they try to add it for the first time. As soon as your venue has been added it will appear in their favourites and stay there.
However if no one at all can find you, near or far...
This is usually caused by an incorrectly selected address in the Regulr settings - but is a really easy fix!
Head to the posBoss Management Site and click on the Regulr tab.
Select Your Place.
Scroll down to the Outlet Address.
Enter your address, making sure that you select the green dropdown that appears (this ties in your location with maps on the Regulr user's phone)
Once selected, give the Regulr app a refresh your (or customer's) phone and you should be good to go!
