This does not occur if you have already set up your plan and on a normal 2 week trial. This article is for when posBoss has had to manually change your trial for any reason. To keep your posBoss account running past the expiry date, you will need to set up your subscription before your free trial expires. To do this;

  • Go to the management site. Click your company name at the top right of the site then select Subscription

  • Click Manage Your Subscription

  • Select ¬†either monthly, yearly or weekly (the price will change on selection)

  • Select the Control and/or Regulr add-ons

  • Double check the correct price is appearing and press the Let's Do It button

  • Enter your credit card details

  • Wait a few seconds while it saves and you should be all good!
