For the most stable setup, we recommend using ethernet printers (that require cabling through to your router). However there are bluetooth and wi-fi options available. Let's take a look.

What if my printer isn't on the list?

If your printer is not a Star or Epson printer it will not work with Bustle.

Does Bustle work with Star or Epson printer models not on this list?
It is possible that other Star or Epson model printers will work with Bustle but until they are added to this list, they are unsupported - this means that they are not tested before any Bustle or iOS updates & if they stop working for any reason (including updates to Bustle software), we may be unable to support getting them working again.

Tip: Most Epson printers will work with Bustle. To quickly test if your printer works, grab an iPad, download the Bustle app and select the demo mode. You can try searching for and adding your printer here and if it works, you're good to go.

NB: Only for single printer / Single till setups - they only attach to one iPad.

For these printers you will need a very stable and strong, dedicated network using a commercial grade router. Chat to us if you're unsure.
