To deactivate a printer
To deactivate a printer from your iPad, head to your Printers Settings.
Select the printer you want to deactivate, and switch the toggle off. The printer will become inactive, and all settings will still be the same if you switch it back on.
To delete a printer
You can delete a printer by selecting that printer and swiping left. This will remove it from your printers, so you'll need to set it up from scratch if you want to switch it back on.
