How do I change the email address for my Bustle account login or find my subscription tax receipts?

Bustle account email address - for login

The email address of your Bustle account has a number of uses. It is your primary login to your Bustle Hub and the Bustle Till iPad app, as well as the email address we send communications to you through.

NB: don't do this for a business handover to a new owner. Create a new Boss login for the new owners instead.

To change your email address, log into your Bustle Hub and click the Settings cog at the top right of the site then select Your Login Profile. The email address must be unique and not used elsewhere in Bustle.

Here you can update your email address and press Save to complete. (as well as change your password and other information)

Changing your email address for Bustle subscription receipts

Your subscription sends receipts to the email address you signed up to
​Bustle with. If you need this to change to a new address, head to your Bustle Hub, click the Settings cog at the top right of the site then select Subscription. Click Manage Your Billing

Then scroll to the Billing Information section and click the Update Information button to enter the new address and save it.

How do I view my billing details and access receipts?

To view and make changes to your billing details, head onto your Bustle Hub and click the Settings cog at the top right. Select Subscription and then press the Manage Your Billing button.

Here you can add a new credit card, change the default card and delete the old card, update your billing email address and access your history of receipts

Once you click into a receipt, you can view the details, where you will be able to see what exactly you are being charged for. If there is a line that says "remaining time..." that will be the partial payment amount of an add-on for the previous month.

If you are unable to locate this area, please ensure you are using a Boss login. Still have issues? Contact us via the support channel, let us know you want your billing address changed and we'll take care of it in the billing system for you.
