posBoss account email address - for login
The email address of your posBoss account has a number of uses. It is your primary login to the management site and the posBoss iPad till app, as well as the email address we send communications to you through.
To change this address, log into your posBoss Management Site and click your company name at the top right of the site then select Your Login Profile
Here you can update your email address and press Save to complete. (as well as change your password and other information)
Changing your email address for posBoss Subscription receipts
Your subscription sends receipts to the email address you signed up to
posBoss with. If you need this to change to a new address, contact us via the support channel, let us know you want your billing address changed and we'll take care of it in the billing system for you.
